Proposed survey of NH SAUs to gather statistics for HB368 study committee

Presented to the Home Education Advisory Council 3/10/09

The Home Education Advisory Council is a statutory body that is advisory to the Commissioner of Education and the state Board of Education.  Its purpose is to encourage an understanding of home education.

 

The survey is being done to gather statistical information about home education programs.

 

Please refer to your numbers from the 2006-2007 academic year.

DOE statistics show that you reported the following number of home education programs for your SAU on Oct. 1:

     (an example) Northwood = 17, Nottingham= 15, Strafford = 36, Total = 68
